When a customer comes to your site, data (HTML pages, GIF, JPGs, etc.) is transferred from your site to the customer's browser. This data is measured for every customer that visits and is totaled, in megabytes, for the entire month. Generally though, pages with fewer graphics, fewer pages, and fewer visitors require less data transfer.
